What are the restrictions?
Referrals must be new to Innotel. They cannot be current or former customers (in the last 12 months), nor additional properties on an existing account. Credits are applied to your Innotel subscription and cannot be exchanged for cash.
How is my account credited?
The referral reward is based on the size of the referred property:
- 1 to 20 rooms R$ 200
- 21 to 50 rooms R$ 500
- 51+ rooms R$ 1.000
When will I receive my Innotel credits?
Credits are issued once the referred property is active (onboarding completed) and has completed 90 days of paid subscription. After that, your credits are applied as a discount on your next invoice.
How do I send a referral?
Message our team on WhatsApp with the property name, city and a contact person. We take it from there and keep you posted.
